Directions

From Minneapolis
Take I-35W South to I-494W/MN-5W. Continue to US-169 South. Turn onto MN Highway 21. Ridges at Sand Creek will be on your left.

From Prior Lake
Take MN 13 South. Exit onto MN-282 to MN-21. Ridges at Sand Creek will be on your left.

Please note: Ridges at Sand Creek is located off of State Hwy 21 in Jordan, MN (not County Road 21 in Shakopee, MN!) If you are traveling on Hwy 169 in Shakopee and see signs for County Road 21, continue on Hwy 169 for an additional 15 miles and take the exit for State Hwy 21 in Jordan, MN.
