Tee Times: Ridges At Sand Creek accepts online tee times 14 days in advance to the public, 7 days in advance over the phone. Ridges will pair not filled Tee Times, if you would like to play alone please contact the golf professional to make arrangements. Cancellations, additions, or subtractions must be made 24 hours in advance of tee time. Fees may apply to cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.

Pace of Play: Ridges at Sand Creek is committed to providing an enjoyable pace of play for all golfers. All players are expected to play without delay and maintain their position with the group in front of them.

Expected Pace:

• Before 10:00 AM: 2 hours for 9 holes / 4 hours for 18 holes
• After 10:00 AM: approximately 2 hours 5 minutes for 9 holes / 4 hours 15 minutes for 18 holes

Your position on the golf course is determined by the group in front of you, not the group behind you. Because tee times begin at regular intervals, groups are expected to maintain reasonable contact with the group ahead throughout the round.

If your group falls out of position, a Ridges staff member or course ranger may ask you to improve your pace. Players are expected to make an immediate effort to regain their position. This may include playing ready golf, limiting time searching for golf balls, picking up when appropriate, or skipping ahead when directed by staff.

Our goal is not to rush anyone—we simply ask every group to keep pace so that everyone on the course can enjoy their round.

Please respect all pace-of-play instructions from Ridges staff. Repeated failure or refusal to maintain pace may result in the group being asked to skip ahead, discontinue play, or affect future tee-time privileges.

Dress Code: Ridges At Sand Creek encourages golfers to wear golf appropriate attire which includes a collared shirt. All golfers must wear sleeves or collard shirts, shorts/slacks, and shoes.

Spikeless: Ridges At Sand Creek is a spikeless facility.

Food & Beverages: All food and beverages must be purchased at Ridges At Sand Creek. With approval from the club, you may bring on your own cooler, but must stock it with items supplied by Ridges At Sand Creek.

Age Restrictions: Golfers must be a minimum of 8 years old. All golfers ages 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult unless authorized by Golf Professional. Non-playing (spectators) under the age of 8 years old must be approved by the Golf Professional Staff.

Junior Golf & Youth On Course Restrictions and Expectations:

• Groups are expected to respect the golf course which includes replacing divots, fixing ball marks and raking bunkers.
• Groups are expected to maintain designated pace of play on the golf course and allow faster groups to play through.
• Adults are expected to observe golf car policies that require drivers to be 16 years or older with valid driver’s license.
• Juniors are required to check in with adults.
• Youth on course is accepted Monday through Thursday after 4:00 PM. Youth on course tee times must be made over the phone no more than 24 hours in advance. Parent or gaurdians will be the only approved golf cart riders if using youth on course.

Return Policy: Refunds are available for online purchases not met. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Jayson Schultz with any return requests or questions.
